Last week I bought a pair of cockatoos I put them in my new planted 20L tank and they are doing fine. They have several rock and coconut caves but have not set up territories yet. Is this a problem or are they still settling in?

They may be still settling in. These are shy fish. What type of ligtig do you have? Any tankmates?

The LED may be too bright for them. They appreciate low lights and calm schooling fish. Try adjusting the light and watch for a few days to see if anything changes.

I have hornwort floating around the top of the tank that does a pretty good job of diffusing the light. My next question is I want to get some clay pots for them to breed in but I don't know what type I should be getting. Any thoughts on this?
