Here are some pics of my Goo obos. The shots aren't all that great and I had to do a lot of cropping and fixing. I need a digital with a faster shutter speed. Any recommendations?

Here's a pic of my new juvie boes

The three in front of the rock are 1½-2" juvenile males displaying to one another. They're already in great color and the nicest I've seen. These are the ones I got from Rarefishatlax on Aquabid. The top two Boes are my sub-adults, male in foreground (I think it's Sunny) and female (Tina) in background. They are ~3+ inches and Tina is my second biggest Boe. The biggest one I have is a female named Rina. You can really see the size difference.

I'll try to add a few pictures of my Gertrudae blue eyes later today.

"The shots aren't all that great" - those are wonderful pictures.
Thanks, kveeti :) Seriously, they are not that great, I'm just good at fixing stuff like this.

The rainbow at the top of the third picture is stunning!
Sunny is a pretty boy :) Unfortunately he's more yellow than I would like. Duffy, my biggest male, is bright orange-red when he's displaying and I *wish* I could get a shot of him, but he is always chasing Edmund (my smallest female and my daughter named her "Edmund" ) and won't sit still.

Roan !! I am so totally GREEN !!! :D

Beautiful pics BTW...what do you mean they aren't any good....lol ! If they weren't before you fixed them....then you must be one super whiz with the photoshop program............"do you give photoshop lessons ???" ;)

The goo obos look GREAT ! Are they in the same tank with the boes ?

Have you planted any more in your tank since the last full tank shot ? I'd love to see how it's coming around....

Yep, just as they would be in the wild. I was worried at first because they are so small, but the bows don't notice them much and they are pretty fast when need be. They were spending all their time on the bottom hopping and skipping and waddling all over, but now they are free swimming in the water column.

In a couple of months I'll have to separate them and will put 2 per tank with one tank having 4. They're pretty territorial when they are spawning. The male looks after the eggs and the female will go off and mate with someone else.

Yes, but I've got string holding a lot of Monosolenium tenerum (pelia) down until it grows into the driftwood and I have some cyperus helferi due here today and I don't really want to post pictures until the string comes off or I've got all the plants in, whichever comes first :)

Great rainbows!! are those fish in the first pic gobies orsomthing? they have great fins. My mom has always wanred rainbows but there water is completely different from what her angels like, and they have been her favorate since they were the size of a quarter, so the tank is built around them.

Looking good! Those obo's are going to get so colorful! I forgot they were so plain when I got em. I was going to put a pic of mine up, but my camera is on my phone and takes really crappy shots. Hopefully I will get my hands on a decent camera and post some pics soon.

How about a panoramic pic of the entire tank; the rocks, driftwood and plants have peaked my curiosity.

I'll post a shot once the plants grow out a little and I've gotten control of the algae :)
