Well im currently waiting for my powerhead and my 130 watt compact to come in.

First question.
Is a 315 gph powerhead good for a 20 gallon?

Sencond question.
With 130 watt of compact what kind of soft coral could i keep in my tank, anemone, corals, etc....?

My tank has been running for 9 months now with two ocelaris clown and 2 damselffish(first fish started out with). Thanks.

315 gph in a 20 will for sure make a lot of movment, can you regulate the flow ? slow it down if needed ?

Should be fine. If you aim it at the front of the tank at an angle, it should circulate things nicely. I used a 500 gph closed loop on my old 20.

Almost anything but the most demanding corals. With that much light, I kept SPS (montipora digitata and m capricornis, pavona), leathers (sarcophyton, sinularia), pulse corals (xenia, anthelia) star polyps, mushrooms (low in the tank), zoanthids, tubipora. I didn't think the light was enough for acropora, so I didn't try it. It would be hard to fit an anemone in there if you have many corals.

The main problem was keeping them from growing all over each other, but that happens in any tank once things get going.

Ok thanks. I was gonna make the tank with live 10 pounds of live rock and one BTA with two clownfish. Would it be good?

I've heard that some thrived under NO flurensent (bad spelling) So im guessing that they should be fine under PC's. Is VHO light more better or is Pc more better?

VHO light is a better light than PC, and Metal Halide lighting is better than VHO. I would NOT recomend using metal halide on a 10g tank though. It seems to me that using metal halide on a 10g would cook almost anything in it. I am not sure about VHO though. You might be able to use that on a 10g if you can find a short enough bulb for it. I am sure someone else with more experience with VHO lighting will chime in here.
