I've already been told in no uncertain terms that I can't buy another 55 or a 40 breeder. I have one 55 set up, and don't have a place to set up the other 55 (which is just sitting in the living room) that we already have. Don't want a 20 high, but 20 long and 29 actually are drawing interest. I can maybe talk the wife into a 29.... maybe. Of course, that's complicated by the 10 that's set up as the quarantine tank, the plan to set up our second 10 as an invert tank, and the plan to set up our third 10 as a second invert tank. :hypnotized:must . . resist . . do . . not . . get . . into . . car
petco less than a mile away
exactly. Looking back petco had a great deal on a 29g kit. Granted the light wouldnt be ideal for most plants and the filter wasnt that great, but the tank, lid, heater, and a light for maybe $20-$30 more than I paid for my 29g tank and the versa top (that I dont like much). All of my tanks have custom built stands. All were made for under $60 except my 40g and 100g, which were $90 and $135 accordingly and built for atomic bomb blasts and future additions.
I just bought a 29g at petsmart on sale with filter, heater, hood, light, for $60. Just another head up that there are more options than the $/g.
