I dont have the exact numbers in front of me right now not even sure where I put them but here it goes. These lights were all about 2 months old and these were the par readings we got.
PC's put like 50 at about 16 inches
VHO's were about the same
T-5's on spec ballast were 130-140
T-5's on an Ice Cap ballast were like 170-180
250 watt MH's 14k were about 180-200
The T-5's had individual reflectors and that does improve there punch. With PC's on a 150 I would only try softies and some leathers, if you were to try LPS's I would put them up high and I would not try SPS's, Anemone's or clams. These are just my opinions
