too bad they are saltwater rays......

they are salt brackish and fresh right now brackish since they were net caught in tampa bay

You, of course, had F&W/Fisheries permits to collect and transport them in the first place, much less sell and export native wildlife...right?

well considering i own a lfs yes i do have all permits needed to sell these and pretty much anything else

That does not answer the question as to whether you have the permits to collect, sell, and export native wildlife....none of which are required to own and run a fish shop....and far too many pet/fish shop owners are regularly caught dealing in animals that they are not legally entitled to.

No-one...just a true, responsible aquarist that has little patience for anyone that may be illegally harvesting native species.
