Aragonite sand is my vote.

You can buy liverock at any LFS or even online, but considering the heavy shipping charge, I would look to a reputable LFS you feel comfortable with.

premium aquatics shipping isnt too bad, i order from them a lot and just recieved my last order yesturday, it usually takes only 2 days to get to my house too
