Otocinclus and some Amano shrimp will terrorize your algae.

Malaysian trumpet snails are my anti-algae team. They bury under the sand during the day and hunt down algae at night. =)

why do you need co2 with that light? I do not understand. sounds like your tank will do fine with that light and no ferts, or very little . I believe your over doing it ....... just my opinion. not everyone needs co2 and your light is perfect with out it.
That is quite a lot of light for no Co2.

Which one? You've asked a few now. Can you remind me what sort of algae you've got?

why?? you can have 2 watts per gallon and no co2, in fact you do not need co2 with 2 watts per gallon. I am at just a hair more ( if you want to split hairs.) and it works wonders for my tank. why to much light?? no fish die, and my plants explode.... I say my tank is perfect !!
it's green hairy looking. on teh glass, pump. header CO2 system..
go here, find pic and it will tell you what to do.

Hair algae: Grows as green clumps in between plants, on the side of aquariums or on the substrate. It will not ripple with water current and has a more coarse texture than beard algae. Can grow individual strands that can reach about 5cm in length. It is easier to remove mechanically than beard algae. Also easily controlled with Florida Flag Fish.

65/20=3.25 wpg, a pretty large differece from 2 wpg

I agree with Karl that the OP probably isn't getting enough Co2 to keep up with the lighting.

mcdanielnc89: I already asked this but what ferts are you dosing????
