Deeley - it looks like cabbage is reasonably good turtle veggie, and that's something I can get powdered. What do you think?
I have often tossed this idea around in my head. I wanted to "paint" rocks with it and let them dry and then submerge the rocks for feeding as needed.
Put me in line. Got calico bn's as the primary feeders.

i've fed him spinach before, in small amounts in the snail jello i made, with no ill effects but i'd rather not take the chance. he's eaten cabbage before, as well as romaine and leaf lettuce, kale, and collards. all are naturally good sources of calcium, which is why he gets them so much- or at least, when he doesn't have a good supply of floaters and i don't have the time or money to find more for him lol

I'd definitely like to try this out because if it works well I'll order some to share between my boyfriend and I. I think coating some river stones with this stuff will be a easy way to give my shrimp and snails something to graze on.

um, i'm pretty sure that this food mix is intended to be consumed by aquatic life; don't think you and your boyfriend would like it very much. >.>
