Ok guys I have a few questions about the above shrimp. While breeding and rearing the larvea can you leave them in there existing tank? or MUST you mimic the saltwater to freshwater change they would experience in the wild?

I have two rather large shrimp, I was wondering if they would fair well in a tank with a small (2 inch) clown loach?

This loach will be getting moved into another tank when he reaches 4-5 inches.

Thanks for any help

well, I ended up with both cherry shrimp and amano shrimp yesterday, woke up this morning and there all alive, none of my fish seem interested in them and the clown spends his day hiding so hasn't seen them. however I have a heavily planted tank, and a real rock cave with loads of little nucks and cranny's that only the shrimp can get into, so they can hide should they ever need to, at this point the clown is way to small to eat any of the shrimp, but he will be getting re-homed soon so isn't much of a concern right now.
