Anenome comes and goes

I wouldn't be worried about the anemone "coming and going". My BTA definitely shrinks up every evening and blooms again in the morning when I turn on lights. You will also notice a similar cycle of shrinking and expanding after you feed it...After feeding, mine shrinks into its leg and later on becomes huge with pronounced bubble tips...

They will move around until they find a spot they like. Mine moved around for the first ~12 hours it was in my tank, but hasn't moved for almost a month now.

Looks like a bleached condy to me. Not completely bleached as it shows some signs of zoo in the tips but it looks to have not had great light for some period of time.

Several of the LFS around here keep them in really poor lighting so I wouldn't doubt that to be the case.
