I would say don't freak out yet. What was your tap & tank pH before you decided to use Proper pH?
I think you should do 10-20% water changes to get rid of the cloudiness as often as you reasonably can. Every other day or twice/week, whatever works, as best you can. Cloudy is not usually anything other than ugly & temporary. It's OK for now.
We need a lot more info to help. What size tank? How long has it be set up? Did you "cycle" it before getting fish? How? What fish do you have now & how long have you had them? Filtration? Test kit? (what kind? what actual numbers? OK is not good enough!)
