Okay I have a couple more questions...
I came home 4 days ago to a Betta with very damaged fins. Any ideas or suggestions?
She's the only one in the tank that is stressed or exhibiting signs of stress.

There were 4 zebra Danios, I removed the nippy one!

If there's no other fish or critters in the tank and she's not getting caught up in decor or filtration, I'd would guess she's got fin-rot. I would keep nitrates as low as possible with frequent water changes.. Like pretty much every day.

It could have been the one I removed. Nitrates are extremely low.

How are ammonia and nitrite too?

And clean water, from frequent water changes, will lower the risk of any sort of bacterial infection and aid in the fins regrowing too.

0 ammonia and 0 nitrite. Api tests

Water changes every 5 days about.
