Black Ghost Knife Fish severely bloated for days???

One day, my black ghost knife fish just became severely bloated. It is hanging vertically near the filter, and not hiding as usual in its space...Is this dropsy, bloating or constipation?

what have you been feeding it?

water parameters?

stock?

tank size?

Something is very wrong - that is definately not normal behavior.

What size tank - what tank mates - water parms - and what do you feed him and how often.

BGK are very sensitive to meds... be very careful.
