They'll still spawn even if you remove the cave....in a crack in the driftwood, if you have an HOB they've been known to try to get into the HOB, and other odd places.

I think separating them would be the best solution; it probably wouldn't be as healthy if they continue to spawn and you're just getting rid of the eggs.

After the holidays, when the postal employees get back from their vacations maybe you can ship. I'll have my new rack of tanks up in a couple of weeks. I'll have two spare 18x24x12" grow out tanks. The other one is getting my L333s.

So far it seems like the fry from the first 2 spawns are doing somewhat of a job at controlling the eggs. Since the adults spawned, they appear to have eaten about half the eggs.

Are you sure they're actually legally married? Maybe the paperwork didn't get sent in. ;-)
