First up, a new hardcover w/dustjacket aquarium reference book. Copyright 2006, (the info is pretty well up-to-date) Vincent B. Hargreaves is the author. Loads of color pictures and basic information for keeping more than 600 species of FW fish and plants. Covers most commonly available species and some oddballs. Overall a really nice book for beginner to intermediate level hobbyists IMO. Not as comprehensive as Axelrod's Encyclopedia (aka the big picture book,) but more generally useful info on what it does cover. $12 + shipping, can be shipped Media Mail if you aren't in a hurry to get it.
Next is a 3lb max capacity digital postage scale. Uses a 9 volt battery (working Energizer included) and weighs down to 1/10 of an ounce. Looks and works like new, though the postage rate chart is outdated. I'm upgrading to a 52 lb capacity scale for larger packages, and don't need 2 scales on my desktop. $10 + shipping; it's a little too wide for a small flat-rate box, but weighs less than 1 lb so shipping shouldn't be significantly more.
