bottom dwellers deaths

Hi, Yesterday I found my Ram dead and had an albino Cory die on me today. That's two bottom dwellers in two days in what looks to be a completely healthy tank... I've tested the water and all looks good. PH7, temp at 25 Celsius. There are no physical signs of illness and all others in the tank look very healthy as did the two fish that died. Suggestions?

Can we get specific ammonia, nitrite and nitrate readings?

Yes, sure. Ammonia is 0, Nitrites 0, Nitrates 10ppm.
