Leave it alone. Trying to move it will just stress it out more. There is nothing you can do to force it out where you want it. If it's hiding in the shade of the rocks, chances are it is hiding from your light and/or your water conditions may have it PO'd. How old is the tank and what kind of lighting do you have? Is the nem bleached (white/pale/transparent)? Pics of the nem and your tank would be helpful.

Is it really Niko's fault?

The BTA is fairly bleached but with propoer care it should recover. It will take some time to color up and regain zooxanthellae. The important question now is what kind of lighting you have over it and how best to acclimate it to those lights. Most suggest using several layers of window screen over the tank and removing a layer every week or 2 until the nem is finally under full lighting. If you have dimmable LEDs, you can go that route. Other options are to reduce the light cycle to just a few hours and slowly increase it. Adjustments to lighting need to take into account the impact to coral health (see you have a few). Note that these acclimation timeframes are suggested for healthy nems so with your being bleached, it may take a little longer.

I wouldn't feed the nem for at least a couple of weeks and when you do feed it, provide it with small foods such as mysis or shreded fresh seafood. The other concern is that clowns may be too hard on the nem in its fragile state which may be another reason its hiding.

Looks like you have several demading animals in there (flame scallop, orange linkia star and what looks like a non-photosynthetic tube anemone).

I don't mean to be argumentative but while it is not completely bleached it is pretty far along in the process. I am not necessarily looking at the tentacles (although they are somewhat transparent) but more at the oral disc/mouth area. Here are some examples of healthy GBTAs.

Notice the dark coloration in those pics. Green with a dark brown undertone. Of course the exact color green is going to vary with each animal but pastel/transparent coloration is never ideal when it comes to nems.

The good news is that the nem can and will recover and you may not even recognize it by the time it regains its strength.

Not familiar with pink. Did you mean rose? BTAs pretty much come in two colors (green and rose). There are some variations of course but those are the two typical color patterns. Under lower lighting green tend to look brown and under issuficient lighting they look pale brown/transparent. I know I am coming off as a jerk but I am really trying to help. If the nem is bleached it can't take much light (still not sure what light you have over it) but it needs some to survive. You need to find the right light level to allow it to remain out in the open. Nems walk a lot early on to find the spot they feel most comfortable so it may pop in an out of a cave or underhang. Here are some links to healty RBTAs...
