Wow $50 for 2 bulkheads. Although the 2" hole is 1/4" larger it's really only 1/8" if you centered the 1" bulkhead. The flanges on a standard 1" bulkhead would have covered that with ease. I'd have tried the standard first. FWIW my 3/4" bulkheads have about 3/16" all around with no leaking at all.
