I've ordered from MOPS and found its service excellent -- responsive to questions and delivery was prompt.

Even with shipping i saved 80$ on my last order. They had a sale and i got a AC 500 for around 35$ compared to the 70$ i can find in canada. I also saved 20$ on heaters even after the american amounts were changed into canadian.

I used to order from big als but then i few other canadian on another site started mentioning petsoultions and i decided to try it. I will never go back as i haven't been able to find a canadian site that give these prices.

I didn't have to pay anything extra at the door. Nto sure why as i was expecting to have to pay some sort of fee as all the other times i ordered from the states(other stores besides petsolutions) i had to.

imo big al's canadian site is a joke, even with the exchange they want you to pay more than the american one. Asked them why then told them where to put it :rant:. I find using petsolutions.com to be the best, even with the shipping cost it can't be beat.

Hey valerie, how much shipping you ended up paying to ship to Edmonton?

I'm guessing there wasn't any extra duty coz they shipped using regular USPS (US Postal Service), rather than special courier like FedEx, UPS?!

Well, nvm I just found the info . So yeah indeed it's USPS heh... and $2.50 additional charge is very reasonable. Good store.

Shipping is based on UPS ground delivery within the 48 contiguous states. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO or PO Boxes addresses are shipped at standard U.S. Postal Service rates with an additional $2.50 service charge.
