At my local "That Fish Place" they have the refill kits for $5. I just bought one of those for my tank just yesterday, oddly enough...
All you need to do is add a cup of sugar to a liter of warm dechlorinated water. Give it a good shake to dissolve the sugar. Pour it into the reaction chamber (you gotta love the fancy words for a plastic bottle) and add a 1/2 tsp of yeast. Give it another shake and your set. Some people add a 1/2 tsp of baking soda to the mix to help with buffering.dj baldwin said:
