The best you can hope for with that lighting is some soft corals or mushrooms. Even that is a stretch.

a BTA will be fine with 60 watts of light, so will Delicate Sea anemone, and Haddon's anemone, and Tree anemone. you will be fine with low light brain corals like Disc brain, Golf ball brain, Open brain, Red striped brain, Tooth brain green. also coral morphs, pretty much all buttons will be ok, some leathers like Colonial toadstool, Colt coral, Pin cushion. Plate corals like Disc coral, Long tentacle plate coral, Talpina tongue coral, Green tongue coral. Xenia like pulstaing and anthelia will be ok. Tube corals: Star coral, Green tube coral will be ok. There is probably more aswell.

Thanks. Does a regular house light bulb works? It is blue, And it says daylight on the light bulb. It has 100 watt. Thanks. If that dont work then I'll go buy one blue and one red light bulb each 25 watt from petco and put it instead.

No--regular house hold use light bulbs do not provide the intensity and spectrum needed. It is NOT just a matter of having high intensity or the right spectrum--you must have both.
