I see this is an older thread, but I think the recommendation for rosey reds is a good one. Add a few in with some regular fathead minnows (which rosey reds are a variant of, the grey ones you see in with them sometimes are regular fatheads) and a empty flower pot on it's side and if they decide to breed it could be a lesson in dominant/recessive genes.
