dark spots on Albino Krib

I just received an albino krib male from a friend of mine and he has several grey spots on him. They look to be slightly raised up, but definitely under the skin. Anyone have any ideas what this could be?

wow no idea. Ask your friend has it always had those spots? maybe a birth defect?

it's had them as long as he's had the krib....they'e somewhat oval. There are two on the other side of the fish as well

Maybe a stray dalmatian got ahold of his mother, hehehe
