Dart frogs

Awesome setups and frogs. I looked at these today at a local pet store here in San Diego. I'm currently starting up a freshwater shrimp tank, but I'm getting really curious about keeping and breeding these little guys. How hard is it to maintain their environment? I talkd with the frog guy today and he said that their habitat material rarely needs to be changed but the humidity needs to be kept high. He also said you'd need a very large tank to get the little guys to breed. Any truth to this?? i'm seriously considering getting one of these guys to try out.
