I have to clean my micron filter in my G6 today and thought I'd let you know another maintenance hassle with a micron filter. Brushes don't clean the filter element enough and so the filter gets clogged again much sooner.

I use the jet setting on my gardening hose to blast it clean. But its winter so will be switching to the regular filter cartridge until spring arrives...

Wash them out in the sink with the spray nozzle then throw them in the washing machine. Cleans them perfectly.

Edit: without soap or bleach! Lol

For a cartridge? Maybe I'll get a hose attachment kit for my sink!
