Alright, I took a few days to think about it and its still slightly confusing. From what I think I am reading here, I still should purchase the normal NPK and CSM+B package of ferts. I just need to dose a much lesser amount since I will not have CO2. If I am to continue dosing with Excel, I can increase the amount of fertilizer I use.

Am I interpreting this correctly?

i would also like to note you can use the dry ferts to make your own liquid ferts and dose the same as flourish. the thing with dry ferts is it lets you do what you want and cheap. there are many different ways to add ferts to your tank. like what tom said find what best works for you and your goals and try it out.
