5 hrs is very short, even 6 hours is quite short although that is probably the minimum I'd go. What are your doses?

Those doses are very different from the recommended doses found in the EI thread here:

http://www.barrreport.com/showthread.php/2819-EI-light-for-those-less-techy-folks

60 – 80 Gallon Aquariums
+/- 3/4 tsp KN03 3x a week
+/- 3/16 tsp KH2P04 3x a week
+/- 1 tsp once a week (water change only)
+/- ¼ tsp (15ml) Trace 3x a week
50% weekly water change

I'm getting high nitrates reading because my tank is over stock, yesterday I remove 70% of my tank inhabitants, I never tested my water since then I guess my nitrates has gone down, in your opinion do I need to up the dosing of dry ferts?

Yes. What is your nitrate reading and how are you testing? Again, 70% weekly water changes will eliminate 70% of the nitrate build up unless somehow there is nitrate in your tap water.

Last week was 40ppm before i removed majority of my tank inhabitants, i haven't tested it yet, i use API liquid testing kit, after you mentioned my tank is loosing nitrates i immediately up the dosing i followed the 60-80 gals EI, i saw immediate result already, my wisteria leaves turned green.

60-80 Gallons
3/4 tsp KNO3 3x a week
3/16 tsp KH2PO4 3x a week
1/4 tsp K2SO4 3x a week
1/4 tsp (15ml) traces 3x a week

Odd. 40 ppm is plenty of nitrate yet you increased the dose and the plants got better. Keep an eye on your CO2 levels now that you removed most of the fish from your tank. Less fish = less CO2.

40ppm is the result last time when i still have a ton of fish Lol... maybe the nitrates drop after i removed some of the fish,, after that i haven't tested my water, increasing the KNo3 made my wisteria green, planning on installing a pressurized C02, i am still doing some research on parts, buying the parts separately...
I have two regulator in mind. i just need to find out whats the difference of basic and premium
