Nope. They are being very bratty. If it isn't bloodworms, it falls to the bottom and is ignored.

Bloodworms can be tricky to ween fish off of. Once they get used to that snacky protein they will often half starve themselves until they decide to eat something else. Try mixing the foods together a few times is all I can think of :(

I have tried mixing and it has not helped. Maybe I should let them have nothing for a day or two and then try the pellets again.

Have you tried freeze dried bloodworms? Those are a lot cheaper than frozen - and if they get used to them, maybe mix them with flakes or pellets. One step closer to pellets ...
