Stopped by the LFS tonight (again) to get some food. While I was there, I looked at the Dwarf Gourami tank. (Notice how I avoid using the plural form of Gourami? What is the plural of Gourami??) OK....
I've read on a number of websites that you can tell the gender of a Dwarf Gourami based upon whether it has a pointed or rounded dorsal fin. They also say that the females are less colorful.
Well, these fish were mixed about 50/50 on the dorsal fin shape, but they all seemed to be colored equally. These were the "Flame" variety, maybe that matters.
I saw two of them, a round fin, and a pointed fin kind of writhing around each other... If the fins tell the tale, is this a possible pair?
If so, I wouldn't mind picking up a pair...
Whaddaya think?
