Hey guys , i have a 5 gallon with some danio zebra, neon tetras and a couple of guppies. So my girl is staying at the bottom of the tank since last night and is breathing kind of heavily. Can you please help me!

For how long have you had this guppy? She looks malnourished, meaning she is old or has had underlying conditions for a long time.

About a month or so, she was very healthy and playful until last night.

I take it you don't have a quarantine/hospital tank if the main tank is 5 gallon?
You could try giving her a salt bath, drain 1 gallon from the tank in a bucket.
Mix in 20 to 25 grams of salt and stir until it is dissolved. Put guppy in there for 30 minutes.
It might help with the breathing issue.
