Lol, I was so worried that the aquaclear 30 (one of my filters) was discontinued.

canisters have their advantages, but not all tanks are set up for them. For instance, one that has a stand that does not have the space under it to hold a canister, much less work on it. Some people prefer canisters, some people like hobs, some dont care. LBF loves sponge filters now. Thats not something you see everyday.

sponge filters do seem pretty sweet if you have a fuge or some way of hiding them since this is prolly the OP's primary display tank

Ok, finally got those pictures. Taken with bb camera so they arent very good, plus my water is a little cloudy at the moment, but let me know what you think. Going less heavily planted than usual and more rocks than usually seen with me, but I think I found a nice balance. First pic is pic from my bed, second is right side, then left side, a crypt I have in there, then full tank shots
