Ho-boy, I know I'm way overdue. I look back at that pic of the 10g "jungle" and I have to :laugh: because your vals completely took over and I can't really see into the tank anymore.
The two main tanks badly need a trim, and the 20H needs to have an exorcism to remove the duckweed & salvinia - it's really driving me nuts. Time for more RAOK!I meant this to be a quick update... but then I had to learn how to use the new attachment thingy. :wall: Anyway, my 2.5g is still at work. It had just snails in it for awhile, then the plants began to really kick in (I've got some crazy jungle pics that I need to post later). I pulled out the moss covered wood I had in there, and did some pruning. The DHG has really spread throughout the tank, I hope it creates a fuller carpet! The HM surprised me and began to spread horizontally (across the front of the tank!). Now the right side is healthier than the left. I'm hoping the DHG grows up on the left back-side. Water sprite still struggling, but finally throwing out new leaves (I kept moving the light and the new leaves kept having to readjust).
FTS - left side HM got pretty burnt. Too much light, I think. The salvinia has helped this tank bounce back.
Miss Jupiter is such a little firecracker.
Always on the look-out for food... typical betta behavior.

I have a betta who looks like nazzy, his name is noir (french for black). all black bettas need a name that begins in N IMHOlol:lipssealedsmilie:. and I have a female betta who looks like miss jupiter, except no red, and less color on the fins.

Miss Jupiter is a doll, Fishy. What a colorful gal. And with the food-focused betta personality, fun of course! So sorry to hear (read) about Sephy, though ... Yeah, I'm only now catching up on your thread and finding out the news.
It's great to see all the briggs, big and small, but I'm thinking you could give it up for the ramshorns a little more often, lol. That brown one in the 1g is gorgeous. I know you've got more, if you can get the mts and briggs shoved out of the way long enough to photograph them.
