I bought some fluker's iguana branches (looks like driftwood) from the pet store today, it says its made out of california grapevine. They told me it would be safe for my aquarium, any thoughts?
Grape wood tends to rot under water and many driftwood products sold for reptile use are chemically treated and not necessarily safe for aquatic use. Sounds to me like the pet store was trying to make a buck.
