Freshwater moray eel question

Here are a couple of pics of the 29 gal brackish tank with the puffers and eel.
Sorry the lighting wasn't that great when I took them so they aren't the best shots but it shows the rocks and sand in the tank.

That's nice but it looks difficult to clean for 3 very messy fish tossing lots of little pieces of food around. How are the parameters?

Actually it's not hard to clean at all, about every other water change I take out all the rocks and deco and do a good cleaning of the substrate (I have a python that really helps in all my water changing) The pram's are fine, I don't have any issues with the tank or fish other than this new eel and how he was swimming around the tank last night for a bit. I was actually thrilled to see it out because I wasn't sure if he had died in one of the rocks or was just hiding out in them. I just posted this to see if anyone else who has the moray eels has theirs come out and swim at times.

Mine only came out at night. Some may say that having to remove all that rock to clean under it was a PITA. If you don't mind, than that's all good.

mine come out during the day once in a while swim 10 mins and dissappear
