Mine had swimming into a cave (over turned pottery w/ a hole drilled in the side). It ended up dying while I was on vacation.
I had my mom stopping by to feed my fish but she wasn't check on who was eating and who wasn't. I had it housed with 3 Siniperca chuatsi Chinese perch.
Doing this was my wrong move. All the fish and shirmp were eating immediately. So there were none left to swim around for a "waiting" mouth. This was three or four years ago at least.
