Good deal?

My not-so lfs has a 4" galaxy pleco that somebody turned in for free and they have it labeled simply as large bushynose pleco for 8$ (7.95$) is this a good deal?

An lfs that gets it in as what it really is would pay at least twice what they're charging for it.

I generally see them sell for around $40, and have to drive 110 miles just to find one.

So yes as long as it really is a galaxy pleco, it's a very good deal.

Is this the same one you called a starlight pleco in livebearerfreak's thread? There's a difference between starlight bristlenose and galaxy plecos.

There are two different starlight bristlenose. One gets large, the other does not. L182 is the large one, L183 is the smaller one (aka whiteseam pleco).
