does the split in his tail fin go right to the base? if so, then yes, he is a double tail. if the split is only part way, and does not go right to the base of the fins, then he's not a true double tail. to quote

to me, he looks like a delta with a split in his fin (may have had his fin cut to make him look like a double tail? that's my theory)
either way, he's one handsome fella
