Hey Grins I got a branching hammer last week. A freind gave it to me but it was in bad shape. It lost the flesh on one head tat was spliting and another head retracted and never extended again. Do you think it may be regenerating?

Uh...reef bugs?? What in the world are those?

If the tank is already nutrient rich they don't really need anything. Some still feed photoplankton and that is good for them as well, you just squirt it underneath the feathers and let it filter them up into the crown. I add reef bugs every 2-3 days near the powerheads instead.
