Healthy flake choice - Kens Angelfish flake?

Hello all:

I'm trying to find a good staple flake to add to the mix of foods I feed my fish. I am about to place an order from Kens, and in reviewing the flake choices- I like the sound of the ingredients on the Angelfish flake. Would this be a reasonable choice for other, not angelfish as well? For example- mixed SA cichlids, tetras, etc.?

I find Captain Bob's Six Color Flake to be a good staple flake food and a reasonable choice for SA cichlids, tetras, etc.

I like Angels Plus High Growth Flake Food.

I use several of Ken's foods but haven't tried the angel flake, looks good

I have angels and use it.. they love the stuff..so do my discus and rams.
they are all fat and happy
