I have to second everything that people already said. However, you don't necessarily need to get 5 Corydoras for them to be happy. As a general rule of thumb 5-6 is a proper shoal. You can stock less than that as long as you have some good hiding places / cover for them, no fish bigger then them, and maybe some sandy supstrate for them to scavenge in to preoccupy them. The behavior you described seems to be that it is fairly stressed. Wait like 5 days or so and add another if your water perimeters are safe and continue that until you have the "right" amount of cory cats your set up provides.

The advice given here is fairly solid- once your tank is cycled (give it a few weeks to establish itself) add more cories. Personally I'd add four more cories and then no more fish for the tank, just lots of live plants and some decor to fill the empty space. Driftwood is always a good choice, just make sure to boil it and then soak it.
