My red devil fish hasn't been eating she just sits in the corner we gave her medication her water is clean I don't know what else to do ?

Is that a QT tank she is in for the medication?
What is the normal tank size she is kept in? What kind of filtration and size does it have?
In regards to her normal tank, what are the current nitrate/nitrite and ammonia readings from a good liquid test kit?
What is it's normal diet?
Size and frequency of routine water changes?
