Holes in Leaves

Which fish can do this overnight to an amazon leaf? I have plated this plant last week. Until yesterday, there was no sign of eating on it. This morning, two leaves were showing several large holes. Can anyone identify the likely culprit? The fish I have in this tank are 4 Angels, 6 rummy nose tetra, 6 x-ray tetra, 12 harlequin rasbora, 1 clown loach, 2 zebra loach, 1 siamese algae eater, 2 chinese algae eater, 1 sword tail. I don't have any snails.

Are you feeding the loaches any veggies? Zucchini, cucumber...? If they are hungry, they will sometimes nibble on plants including swords, but typically they are well behaved when fed.

not if they are older CAEs the older ones parasitize the slime coat of other fish
aka they eat it
the human equivalent of eating someones skin off

My money is on the loaches.

I will watch the behaviour of the loaches closer. But they have been in this tank for quite some time. Over a year at least. The recent additions are the x-ray tetra and the rasbora. Are any of them known to eat plants?
