I gave my bridgesii snails away to some people that expressed interest a while back. Here are some updates of my 2.5 g in my dorm room. Merlot, my betta, is actually seeming to like his 2.5 much better then the 10. He makes a new bubble nest everyday, whereas in the 10 gal, he never made a nest. Here are some photos tha tI just took tonight.

Thanks. Maintainence is a breeze. I change 1 gal (approx. measured by eye) weekly (which takes 3 minutes usually), and I usually skip feeding one night during the week to avoid bloating, and he's happy as can be.

I'm glad to see he's not nibbling at your cherry shrimp. Someone told me if I kept a betta with cherry shrimp, he'd make them a snack. Were your shrimp large when you put them together, or juvies?

He ate a couple at first. I started with 4 and now I think I have only two....but I have had those 2 for probably 3 months, I think in the beginning, he was mostly curious, but I haven't seen him chase the two or so that I have left. I don't think they feel frightened either, because they sit right out in the open and just let themselves bask in the "sunlight" on my driftwood for hours at a time. My betta doesn't seem phased by them at all.

They were small when I first introduced them, now they are good sized.
