Got a new camera and decided to test it out with picture time for the tank. Wife laughed at me for some reason.

So here is a bunch of gratuitous random shots of the tank.

IMG_0049.JPG

The crypt bed is getting thick.

IMG_0014.JPG

These guys are normally too fast for the camera but they held still today.

IMG_0017.JPG

One of 6 new additions to the tank. Hopefully these guys grow well and color up.

IMG_0019.JPG

The BN pleco came out of hiding for a few minutes to much on some food.

IMG_0020.JPG

I think there's 5 SAE's in the tank. It's tough to tell as the active rainbows keep them down in the plants.

IMG_0023.JPG

Dwarf gourami's act like a much bigger fish.

IMG_0025.JPG

Say "CHEESE"

IMG_0026.JPG

Where food is the snails quickly follow.

IMG_0029.JPG

I see you back there.

IMG_0030.JPG

Making faces at the camera.

IMG_0033.JPG

Out in the middle of the tank strutting his stuff.

IMG_0034.JPG

New plant addition last week is growing well.

IMG_0035.JPG

Somebody's hiding back in that tunnel.

IMG_0037.JPG

Posing!

Had to do a little rescaping. The swords have all split into two massive plants. I had to pull one out of the right side as 4 of them instead of the 2 I planted on that side was a bit much. I'm probably going to have to do the same with the other side.

I also had to re-arrange all of the crypts and get the poor little E. parviflorous out from underneath of them. I clustered them all together in front of my slate & silicon constructions.

The anubis is growing a few leaves and a bit of algae. Nothing too bad as it settles in.

It was enough of a change that all of the territories where readjusted. Now everyone is out and about front and center. I've got 8 Boesmani fry in the 15 gallon in the garage that are growing well at 2 months old. I expect they'll be big enough for the main tank in 3-4 months.

The vals decided they liked the rescape and tried to take over the tank immediate spreading into any open area. I've been yanking them back and replanting them along the back wall.

I had some sulfur pockets developing under where I normally feed the fish. I ended up pushing the gravel into the sand and clean up a lot of debris. It also bubbled like a soda inside of the vac.

Tank shot of course

I might have to yank out that sword on the left. Just too massive.

IMG_0209.JPG
The newly opened area in the center over the E. parviflorous (some of these are dividing as well)

IMG_0211.JPG
Another shot of the tank. The two little E. bleherii under the log sure look happy.
