If these are ich, treat for another two weeks again with table salt (no yellow prussiate added) and increase temp to 82 degrees. Keep water well aerated.
Formalin is another option at a teaspoon per 10g for salt-resistant ich (give another two weeks first with salt). You'll need to aerate water very well if you use formalin considering it depletes oxygen severely. Do NOT combine salt and formalin together as formalin becomes more toxic at this point and can kill your fish almost immediately.
