Well as he seems to be one of a small number of them that were this "other" shrimp, which I'm definitely believing is the case now the more I read up on it, I am considering moving them into a 55 where I have a pair of severum. I think he's big enough now that the would not be mean consideration for the relatively docile Severum.
The other option is my front room planted 100 gallon, which due to c02 injection might be too soft a water for him although the general hardness of the water in my area is pretty high out of the tap, the PH of the big tank is only around 6.6-6.7.
THen of course if I have multiple shrimps like this I will inevitably end up setting up a bracish tank hoping to breed them. heh
