I had the pleasure of witnessing my wild caught A.ocellaris spawn last night. Truely magical!
Then today i recieve a phone call at work.... both dead. Nature had stepped in. The C.valentini puffer had tryed to snatch a few eggs. The clowns being the diligent parents they are of course tryed to defend their brood. The puffer then feeling threatened released his toxins. Within minutes both clowns dead, not a mark on their bodies and nothing i could do.
Both sp. where doing what comes natural to them but still.. shattered!
Puffer is now moving tanks.. not risking that again. We never stop learning do we.
R.I.P. lil buddies
