juvie vs adult severum

I have a gold severum in my 75 right now, and he is VERY entertaining. He swims to the side of the tank if I walk by, and watches me when I cook dinner (my tank is in the kitchen along the wall). If I hold a cube of frozen blood-worms just under the surface of the water, he will come up directly under it and nibble away while spinning around in spirals to get at all angles. I love it!
The only downside is plants. I love having a planted tank, and you need to be careful to select plants with pretty sturdy root systems, or the Sev will pull them out as they get bigger.
