Is there anything I should do for her? I feed her by hand toake sure she gets enough to eat. She seems fine, just lays on the bottom alot. I guess I would too if I had a head like that!

The wen can be trimmed by a vet to make the fish more comfortable. In this case it is probably something to look into.

I agree with The V, tank it to the vet and have it trimmed up! very cute fish though!

That's an incredible wen! It is literally larger than her body! If you plan on showing her, I would only have a vet trim the bits around her eyes so she can see. Definitely keep the trimming to a minimum, since her wen is so nicely shaped. She will likely grow into the wen and when she is larger she won't have such a problem swimming.
